Cancellation Policy

We hate doing any of this, but ….

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us. If you do have to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be responsible for a 50% cancellation fee.

 

Late Arrival

We want to provide the best service to all of our clients, so if you are going to be more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment so that we can offer a timely and quality service to each client. If we do have to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to late arrival, there will be a 50% cancellation fee applied. 

 

No Show

If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for 100% of your service charge.
